Kirin’s inspiration was to think about the result if “the lords and ladies of Bridgerton asked Andy Warhol to make a portrait of them at the zoo”.

This noble lady now looks ready to head off to Glastonbury, but she was originally painted by Jacob Ferdinand Voet in the 1670s. Would she be pleased with this new look in this unusual wall art design? She is certainly carrying off the yellow shades and neon-patterned dress. And the psychedelic giraffe art behind her really adds to the surreal effect.
